Frequently Asked Questions
What do we do when you tell us services could be better?
When you tell us about services that could be improved, the issues go on to a watch list so that we can collect more evidence and prioritise these issues and the work that needs to be done. We will gather more information in order to make decisions about how we can act on your concerns and suggestions.
We attend and give your feedback to working meetings of health and social care organisations, particularly those that design new services or redesign existing ones.
If the issues you raise are large or complicated, we can set up a working group. These include our own members and voluntary and community organisations that have an interest in the services we are looking at. Working groups carry out research, talk to the people who receive the services and the people who buy and provide the services. Working groups also visit the places where the service is provided. They present their findings to the people who buy or provide the services, or to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
If you want to work with us on a particular concern or issue then join Norfolk LINk and you can make a difference.
