James Paget University Hospital Sub Group
The group will be conducting regular hospital visits and will submit report findings and recommendations and will monitor service responses to those recommendations on a Bi monthly basis. The group will also be involved in the James Paget Patient Environment Action Team Inspections on a Quarterly basis. Members have attended PEAT training to aid them in this role.
To benefit the patient experience in future members of the group have attended a patient experience event and many members of the group will be working closely with James Paget staff in November at a joint meeting to improve services for In and Out patients.
