Frequently Asked Questions
How do we find out what people think?
We have different ways of contacting the users of health and social care services, their carers and families, and the public. We ask voluntary and community groups about their experiences of using health and social care. We welcome invitations to come and talk to local people. Or if you think something should be improved, you can contact us direct. We also carry out surveys on specific issues that people have raised with us, using questionnaires and interviews.
But the best way for people to make a difference and work with us is to join Norfolk LINk.
