Frequently Asked Questions
Does Norfolk LINk have any power to make a difference?
If we ask questions or submit reports to organisations that buy, provide or scrutinise health and social services, they must reply to us within 20 days. We will decide what further action we need to take on the basis of the replies we receive.
Appropriately trained members have the power to visit places where services are provided. There are some restrictions on private services we can visit but this is continually reviewed.
