About Us

Norfolk LINk is an organisation which is growing in membership and recognition every week. Its members comprise both organisations and individuals who want to make a difference in the planning and delivery of health and social care in Norfolk.

Norfolk people can be involved in Norfolk LINk in a variety of ways: You can simply share your views and tells us about your ideas and concerns about health and social care in Norfolk; you can receive our bi-monthly newsletter "LINk News" and monthly bulletin of opportunity, and you can get involved with our groups and projects at different times that suit your interest or time commitment.

Anyone can raise an issue or topic with Norfolk LINk where it will be discussed and placed on the ‘Watch List’. The Watch List is then reviewed every month to decide if appropriate resources are available to research and take the matter forward. It may be that reports and letters are written or a working group might be set up to represent the views of the service users. Working groups are made up of LINk members who all have an interest or understanding of the area.

Members of the group might be invited to top level planning meetings or asked for their views in consultations or questionnaires. Norfolk LINk ensures that the voice of the people is heard by those that can really make a difference.

We are always looking for new areas of health and social care to get involved with and for new members to join our team of volunteers. Click on the registration form link to find out more about membership.
